English Language Proficiency Instructor

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to instruct English language proficiency courses to students. This involves teaching the IELTS/TOEFL/PTE curriculum, focusing on both Academic and General Training tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing lesson plans for the IELTS/TOEFL/PTE Program, incorporating online and offline teaching methods.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and progress.
  • Assessing student performance through marking and providing feedback on exercises and exams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrating excellent spoken and written English skills, as well as local language proficiency.
  • Utilizing presentation and teaching skills to engage students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Showing flexibility in adapting to changing work schedules.
  • Demonstrating a result-oriented approach under pressure to achieve goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hold a graduation or post-graduation degree from any field.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in IELTS/TOEFL/PTE teaching or appeared for the exam (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the IELTS system and its exams is essential.
  • A teaching certificate is preferable, with additional benefits from TOFEL and PTE qualifications.
