We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions based on your technical expertise.

Your primary responsibility will be to advise and support the sales team in the sale of IP services. You will build close working relationships with customers to become the 'go-to person' for solving their problems.

You will also work with the Operations team to track and monitor the status of customers' projects, acting as an internal customer advocate to ensure that customer expectations are being met.

Additionally, you will collaborate with Sales/Marketing teams to design and implement targeted Sales/Marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Intellectual Property law.
