Job Description

The Senior Technical Product Manager will be responsible for spearheading the development and deployment of complex business technology solutions into production. They will work closely with other teams to understand current and future requirements, and drive the planning, prioritization, and implementation of new projects & system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite, including CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, Community Cloud, and the AppExchange. They will also possess strong subject matter expertise with core SaaS principles: Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Quoting, Subscription Management, amendments, renewals, Billing and Revenue Recognition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, computer engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst/product manager supporting the Salesforce CPQ platform.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite, including CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSL, Community Cloud, and the AppExchange.
  • Managing application development at scale, employing SDLC methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.
  • Strong subject matter expertise with core SaaS principles: Product setup, Product Options, Product configuration & rules, Pricing, Quoting, Subscription Management, amendments, renewals, Billing and Revenue Recognition.
Preferred Skills/Experiences:
  • Project Management.
  • CPQ Specialist certification is a huge plus.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (201) and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant Preferred.
