SAP-MES Integration Specialist

Our organization seeks a seasoned SAP-MES Integration Specialist to join our team. As the key interface between SAP ERP and Werum PAS-X MES, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust interfaces to ensure seamless data exchange.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. MES-SAP Interface Design: Utilize your expertise in SAP PI/PO or CPI middleware to create and implement interfaces that facilitate efficient production order management, material master data synchronization, equipment status monitoring, and batch record management.
  2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SAP functional teams (PP, QM, MM) and MES architects to align integration logic, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
  3. Troubleshooting and Resolution: Provide timely resolution and root cause analysis for interface-related problems and perform troubleshooting activities as needed.
  4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GDP, and CSV regulations in the implementation of MES and interfaces.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: 8-12 years of experience in MES systems, with at least 5 years in Werum PAS-X, and strong knowledge of SAP PI/PO or CPI middleware.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, GDP, and CSV regulations and experience in regulated environments.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in Werum PAS-X v3.1.8, 3.3.X, SAP ERP (PP, QM, MM), OSI PI, LIMS, OPC, Kepware, SQL, XML, and basic scripting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
