MES PAS-X Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to fill the role of MES PAS-X Support Engineer.

This position involves providing timely and effective support to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 5-8 years of experience with MES PASX Application
  • Hands-on experience in L4 support for PASX Application
  • Ability to perform L3 bug fixes with advanced troubleshooting skills
  • MES PASX L1/L2 Support
  • Troubleshooting and resolving L2 integration issues (SAP, KP Info, SCADA, OSI PI, Scales, Printer)
  • Incident, Service Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Master Batch Record Design
  • Batch Execution Record
  • Shop Floor Order
  • Manufacturing Order
  • User Access Management
  • Printer & Terminal Profile Configuration
  • Equipment Master Data
  • L2 Integration: SAP, KP Info, SCADA, OSI PI, Scales, Printer
  • Application Server Architecture
  • Rights Management
  • Control Data
  • Change and Problem Management
  • Running update SQL queries in the database
  • Application Installation
  • Hot Fix Installation

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of MES PASX Application
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SAP, KP Info, SCADA, OSI PI, Scales, Printer
