Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our placement initiatives across India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of cultivating strategic partnerships, managing high-performing teams, and driving business growth.

  • Identify and establish impactful placement opportunities and strategic corporate tie-ups across India.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key employers and sponsors for hiring and funding.
  • Support local center teams in sourcing city-based and outstation job opportunities that align with market demands.
  • Organize placement-related events such as industry forums, site visits, job fairs, and employer engagement sessions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive placement data and reports in alignment with industry standards.
  • Lead and manage the placement team to achieve exceptional performance and targets.
  • Collaborate with training teams to identify skill gaps and ensure student readiness meets market expectations.
  • Negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with employers for hiring or CSR partnerships.
