Patent Attorney Advocate

Lead our patent litigation matters as a skilled attorney with strong technical expertise in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT.

This role requires extensive experience in representing clients before various courts and conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other relevant documents.

• Represent clients in complex patent disputes before multiple courts;
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other relevant documents;
• Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition support, and trial assistance;
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships through effective communication regarding case status and strategy;
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in patent law and procedural rules;
• Collaborate closely with team members and practice groups within the firm.

Qualifications for this position include:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology;
• Admission to the Bar in India and in good standing;
• 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation;
• Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures;
• Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes;
• Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
