Product Manager - AI Software

As a seasoned Product Manager, you will take the reins of our AI software product, driving its roadmap, development, and market success. You will define product requirements, collaborating closely with engineering teams to execute them efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work directly with cross-functional teams, including marketing and competitive analysis, to define product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and measure key product metrics to guide decision making and drive product innovation.
  • Provide expert product guidance to sales and customer-facing teams, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging AI technologies and incorporate them into the product strategy, fostering continuous growth and improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of product management and AI experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
  • Strong background in AI software products, with a solid understanding of AI frameworks, AI models, and system-level inference optimizations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI application development is highly desirable.
  • Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps, features, and releases is essential.
  • Ability to balance technical requirements with customer needs and business goals, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and driving growth.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with FPGA technology or similar hardware acceleration technologies is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of AI model deployment, profiling, and optimization is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment is desirable.
  • Leadership potential with a desire to grow into people management roles is a plus.
