Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and coordination skills, with hands-on experience in ERP systems and dashboards.

The Strategic Operations Coordinator will act as a strategic enabler, driving cross-functional initiatives and financial transformation projects across finance, projects, procurement, and commercial functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive execution of strategic projects and initiatives, including financial digitization and automation.
  • Manage governance calendars and ensure timely tracking of critical deliverables.
  • Liaise between CFO and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment of finance priorities with business goals.
  • Prepare and monitor business performance dashboards, highlighting exceptions on financial KPIs, risk areas, and compliance gaps.
  • Support fundraising, investor reporting, board updates, and data room management for due diligence cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Certificate in Accounting or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance program management, preferably in design & build, EPC, real estate, or infrastructure companies.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP systems and dashboards.
