Finance Transformation Lead for Maconomy ERP

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Transformation Lead to join our Maconomy team. As a key member of our Global QA Hub, you will be responsible for leading the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.

In this role, you will perform risk assessments, create test documentation, and prepare and execute testing for Project & BAU fixes/changes. You will work closely with 3rd party teams to ensure testing is delivered correctly and on time. Additionally, you will set up Jira/Zephyr for Project & BAU Testing Activities, execute and maintain automated scripts, and communicate complex issues in a digestible form to both business and technical teams.

You will also support testing out of hours, including releases into our production environments, and support the Release team as needed at crucial times. Your tooling skills will include creating new projects in Jira, creating/updating global config for Jira projects, and user management in Jira.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience of testing throughout the full SDLC (Management & Execution), experience with test management tools such as Jira, ALM, and others, and strong Excel experience. You will also require strong analytical and organisational skills, finance and business process understanding, and awareness of how ERP finance systems function in large organisations.
