PMS Analyst

Company Overview:
JiBe ERP is a leading provider of cloud-based, fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for the shipping industry. Our mission is to empower shipping companies to improve productivity, efficiency, and safety levels while reducing costs.

Job Responsibilities:
The PMS Analyst will play a key role in analyzing various aspects of our PMS and other modules, preparing documents as needed, and understanding client requirements. The ideal candidate will also analyze gaps between user requirements and our ERP product features, providing input to the JiBe team. Additionally, they will test functional aspects of modules developed by our team, produce desired reports, and contribute to training internal and external users on our ERP product.

Ship Visit and Other Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for attaining vessels for product implementation, issue fixing, and training purposes. They will assist with data collection, update PMS data onboard, train shipboard personnel on our ERP product, and provide support to vessels and remote offices.

Qualifications and Skills:
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess 3rd/2nd engineer or equivalent qualifications with minimum 2-4 years of relevant shore job experience. They should have expertise in data building on MS Excel, knowledge of vessel PMS, and experience with marine software. Fluency in written and spoken English, excellent typing skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
