About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume responsibility for building and maintaining a comprehensive database of global clients and partners. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate client information, including contacts, engagement history, and communication records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and meetings for senior leadership, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Provide primary support to international clients before, during, and after meetings, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and track client communications, follow-ups, and next steps, ensuring effective issue resolution and progress tracking.
  • Develop and deliver post-visit reports highlighting client feedback, opportunities, and pending actions, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Support event participation, conferences, and networking opportunities abroad, leveraging these events to foster strategic relationships and business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in managing complex databases and data systems, with experience using CRM software preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Able to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, with a willingness to continuously develop and adapt your skills.
