Job Title: Specialist Customer Care Support

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Specialist Customer Care Support. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer support through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
  • Resolve complex customer inquiries and issues related to our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate customer care processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in customer care processes.
  • Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control within KYC, AML, or FinCrime Operations in BFSI.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to assess risk factors and remediation effectiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide clear feedback and guidance.
  • Preferred experience with KYC/AML tools, case management systems, and regulatory reporting tools.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, auditors, and compliance professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Risk and control framework awareness.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
