Job Description:

Aster Medcity is looking for a highly skilled nursing professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. This role requires the ability to observe and record patients' behavior, coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and evaluate customized care plans, and provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Observation and Recording: The successful candidate will have excellent observation skills and be able to accurately record patients' behavior.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for working effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and evaluate care plans.
  • Patient Care: The ideal candidate will be able to provide high-quality patient care, including creating a harmonious environment and providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
  • Disease Diagnosis and Treatment: A strong understanding of disease diagnosis and treatment protocols is necessary for this role, as well as the ability to analyze patients' symptoms and take required actions for recovery.
  • Medical Record Keeping: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, monitoring changes in patients' conditions, and reporting any significant findings.
