As a Sr. Associate HR, you will be responsible for administering various HR functions, including benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, employee communications, employee data management, employee relations, payroll administration, performance management, talent acquisition, time-off management, workers' compensation, and workforce planning. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures that align with our company's mission and values.
