Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Jr Platform System Admin.

This role involves providing day-to-day support for desktops and laptops, on-site or remote support to end-users, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
  • System Administration: Manage and maintain IT systems, including Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices, ensuring they are up-to-date and running smoothly.
  • Innovation and Automation: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions using scripting, coding, and PowerShell fundamentals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Windows 11, MacOS, Microsoft Office O365 Suite, and endpoint hardware troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
