Key Responsibilities
  • Lead divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.
  • Own service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Drive FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
  • Partner with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to lead annual planning.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Develop sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
  • Enhance critical reporting capabilities with cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A strong background in CA qualification (mandatory) with 12+ years of post-CA Finance experience.
  • Relevant expertise in FP&A, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of financial and commercial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
