International Sales Specialist

Job Summary
This role is focused on creating and closing new sales opportunities through international sales. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads
- Meet with customers, create presentations, and develop sales pitches
- Handle complex discussions with senior-level executives
- Coordinate RFQ submissions to customers
- Increase share of business from existing customers
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Create and update management reports at regular intervals
Requirements and Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
- 7-14 years of experience in the Domestic and International Freight Forwarding Industry
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Proven track record of achieving stretched targets
- Strong connections within target industries
- Ability to participate in goal-setting processes and achieve assigned targets
- Thorough understanding of current business models and future prospects
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
Estimated Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum
