Job Title: Data Strategy Lead

This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare data and the ability to design and implement advanced language models that extract valuable insights, automate workflows, and enhance clinical decision-making.

A typical day involves:

  • Leading a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.
  • Executing on the quarterly AI/ML roadmap, setting clear goals, priorities, and deliverables for the team.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their pain-points and build large-scale solutions.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field (PhD preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science, preferably in healthcare.
  • Hands-on expertise in deep learning techniques, including building NLP/Computer vision models and GenAI pipelines.
  • Demonstrable experience deploying deep learning models in production at scale.

Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework, strong written and spoken communication skills, and a keen interest in research and staying updated with key advancements in AI and ML.

Responsibilities:

We're looking for a seasoned professional who can define and build the next generation of AI-driven tools, leveraging LLMs, deep learning, and predictive analytics to personalize care based on patient clinical and behavioral history.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field (PhD preferred).
