Customer Service Representative Role

This position involves the effective coordination with Australian customers and stakeholders, managing fibre orders and ensuring seamless communication throughout the order delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails.
  • Perform accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools.
  • Manage order and contract creation, follow-up, and maintain end-to-end visibility of order status.
  • Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear, concise, and timely communication.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in international call centre operations, with expertise in Australian English. Order management knowledge is preferable but not essential.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in technology, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. They will also have the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Above all, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and driving business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
