Visual Merchandising Program Manager

This is a senior leadership role that involves spearheading one of the largest retail merchandising programs in the industry.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of Visual Merchandisers, Area Operations Managers, Regional Managers, trainers, and MIS specialists to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Mentor and build capability across a diverse workforce, driving high performance and achieving business objectives.
  2. Performance Management: Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned to the program's Scope of Work (SOW), ensuring timely campaign rollouts and execution of seasonal projects.
  3. Operational Excellence: Drive 100% adherence to planograms and standard merchandising guidelines across retail outlets, monitoring field productivity through real-time dashboards.
  4. Data Analytics & Program Intelligence: Leverage field reporting tools, retail audit platforms, and in-house MIS systems for data-driven decision-making, performing advanced analytics using Excel and visualization tools.
