Marketing Role Overview
This position involves supporting the Director in delivering marketing programs that align with company and client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- External Partners Management: Collaborate with external partners including marketing, PR, and branding agencies to achieve strategic goals.
- Campaign Implementation: Execute day-to-day marketing campaigns and promotions effectively.
- Brand Development & Lead Generation: Build brand awareness while driving customer acquisition through targeted strategies.
- PR Efforts: Manage public relations initiatives including media releases, speaker proposals, and company announcements.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, draw insights, and adjust strategy accordingly for improved results.
- Collaboration & Ideation: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to brainstorm and implement successful marketing campaigns.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing, sales, or advertising is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Campaign Development: Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns is crucial for this role.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: A Master's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with current market trends and established contacts in media and marketing would be beneficial for this role.
