Project Lead for Medical Device Testing

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead automation testing activities for medical devices, ensuring compliance with global healthcare regulations and high-quality delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee test automation activities across projects in the medical devices domain.
  • Review and approve test scripts prior to submission.
  • Implement best practices in test automation and mentor engineers.
  • Build technical capabilities within the team to handle complex testing scenarios.
  • Ensure adherence to global healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and align testing practices accordingly.
  • Act as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment between technical and business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in testing with recent 5 years in test automation.
  • Developing and maintaining automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of leading automation testing for medical devices.
  • Experience in desktop-based automation on Windows platforms (FlaUI/WinAppDriver/TestComplete/WhiteFramework).
  • Familiarity with global healthcare regulations.
  • Experience interpreting and applying these regulations in testing scenarios.
  • Team leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
