Skin Care Director

About the Role:

The Skin Care Director is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the Skin Department and driving service sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. This role demands strong technical expertise in skin care services, sales orientation, and team leadership to ensure client delight and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by driving upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Maintain high service standards with NPS > 90%.
  • Conduct client consultations, resolve concerns, and ensure timely package execution and follow-ups.
  • Maintain SOP adherence, hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
  • Track product consumption and manage stock effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Skin team.
  • Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge in skin care services.
  • Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Client-centric with strong problem-solving ability.
