Care Advocate

As a Patient Counsellor, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional patient care and support. Your primary objective is to provide patients with comprehensive guidance and reassurance throughout their treatment journey.

• Counsel patients and their families regarding treatment options, packages, and post-treatment care.
• Manage patient inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) and convert them into registrations/bookings.
• Presentation of clear and empathetic explanations for treatment options and facilities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with patients to ensure timely decision-making and admissions.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, nursing staff, and other departments for seamless patient coordination.
• Achieve monthly targets set by management for counselling and conversion.
• Record and maintain patient records, counselling reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support marketing activities to enhance patient awareness and reach.

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive and empathetic attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred).
