  • • Oversee the timely and accurate processing of all monthly payments from OD Members, addressing any discrepancies in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Debt Collection Techniques:
  • • Research and implement effective debt collection techniques and best practices that comply with legal requirements and company policies.
  • • Maintain a target-oriented approach by consistently meeting or exceeding debt recovery goals, requiring strong time management skills and tracking individual and team performance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions. A degree in a related field, such as finance or accounting, is preferred.
