Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collections Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day debt collection activities, ensuring timely cash collection, managing customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will also collaborate with the Engineering team to align collection processes with overall objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills (US based)
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in auditing accounts and creating Flowchart and SOP's on the scenarios.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
