Job Overview

The Chief Engineer oversees day-to-day engineering operations across hospitality assets, ensuring smooth functioning of all technical systems and regulatory compliance.

This role contributes to guest satisfaction and operational excellence through strategic planning, training, and disciplined execution of engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day engineering operations to maintain smooth system functioning and guest comfort.
  • Implement maintenance schedules for electro-mechanical and civil infrastructure to prevent equipment failure.
  • Monitor utility consumption to ensure energy efficiency and cost discipline.
  • Ensure timely renewal of statutory licenses and adherence to engineering SOPs.
  • Conduct technical and safety training sessions for the team, including DuPont-based practices.
  • Coordinate documentation and retention of records in accordance with audit and operational standards.
  • Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
  • Promote eco-friendly practices among team members.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 8-10 years of experience in hospitality or real estate engineering operations.
