About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a detail-obsessed Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a crucial part of our LiveOps process, you will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of quality and reliability on our flagship mobile franchise.

We are seeking a proactive QA professional who can own quality gates for high-priority content and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential quality risks early.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing, as well as hands-on experience with bug tracking software (e.g., JIRA) and test management tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all software is functioning as intended with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.
  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries.
LiveOps QA Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality and stability of all live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
  • Test configured Live Events (before and after they go live), covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.
Feature QA Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution.
  • Write and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases in Xray.
Requirements

We are looking for a QA professional with:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Proven ability to work independently in night shifts, staying highly responsive and accountable.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.).
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Product, Art).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games.
  • Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content.
  • Experience with Unity-based asset validation and bundle integration checks.
