Service Offer Management Professional

This specialist promotes and positions company offerings in the market, identifying new commercially viable products or services while enhancing existing ones.

By monitoring regulatory environments and shareholder requirements, they provide insights and impact assessments to ensure full compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Engineers, Consultants, Technical Architects, and Solution Architects to ensure crafted solutions meet client needs.
  • Achieves set sales targets to meet financial goals.
  • Develops and delivers product training to client-facing staff.
  • Influences and guides Sales teams to close deals involving their products and services.
  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Analyzes product data to establish trends and insights using internal and external sources.
  • Converts knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services.
  • Researches and interprets competitor offerings and market trends against the client base with a focus on data analysis.
  • Determines pricing appropriateness for existing and new investments based on projected value, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  • Drafts and maintains product specifications documents.
  • Provides product knowledge input assistance for compiling client proposals.
  • Writes RFI/RFP responses and bids, and obtains vendor product certification for the product portfolio.
  • Recommends product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participates in product development life cycles to understand how new products or features will impact both end-users and client-facing areas.
