Job Description:

The Service Offer Management Specialist is responsible for managing the lifecycle of a product or service. This role requires seasoned knowledge of product lifecycles and technology solutions. The Specialist will work closely with Engineers, Consultants, Technical Architects, and Solution Architects to ensure that crafted solutions meet client requirements.

This role involves achieving set and agreed product sales to meet specified financial goals. Developing and delivering product training to client-facing staff, influencing and guiding Sales teams to ensure they are equipped to close deals involving their products and services.

The Specialist will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Analyzing product data to establish trends and insights using internal and external sources. Facilitating the conversion of knowledge and ideas into new or improved products, processes, and services.

Researching and interpreting competitor offerings and market trends against the client base with a strong data analysis focus. Determining the appropriateness of pricing for existing and new investments strategies in line with projected value, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Drafting and maintaining product specifications documents. Providing product knowledge input assistance for compiling client proposals. Writing RFI/RFP responses and bids, obtaining vendor product certification for the product portfolio.

Recommending product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities. Involvement in product development life cycles to understand how new products or features will impact end users and client-facing areas.
