About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Professional with 5+ years of industry expertise in P&C insurance domain and hands-on knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.

The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, and successful implementation.

  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders (underwriters, claims adjusters, billing teams) to gather and analyze requirements.">
  3. Perform gap analysis between business needs and Guidewire out-of-the-box functionalities.">
  4. Document Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria.">
  5. Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.">
  6. Support integration design discussions (CRM, payment gateways, rating engines, third-party services).">
  7. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and managing defects.">
  8. Participate in Agile ceremonies - sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.">
  9. Conduct end-user training and provide post-production support.">

Required Skills & Experience

  • ">
  • 5 years of IT / Insurance industry experience, with at least 3-4 years as a Guidewire Business Analyst.">
  • Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance processes - policy lifecycle, claims management, billing & payments.">
  • Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter / BillingCenter / ClaimCenter.">
  • Familiarity with Guidewire Data Model, Product Model, and Integration Layer.">
  • Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and user story creation.">
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments.">
  • Good understanding of SQL queries for data validation.">
  • Tools : JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Postman.">
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.">
