Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in data engineering, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cutting-edge data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the architecture of Microsoft Fabric solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Power BI, Synapse, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
  • Lead a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric features, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
  • Define and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging Lakehouses, Data Warehouses, and Real-Time Analytics.
  • Establish data governance, security, and compliance frameworks within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.

Requirements

  • 9-12 years of experience in data engineering with 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in MS Fabric projects.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
