Job Opportunity: Portfolio Revenue Specialist

This role entails a skilled analytical professional to provide support to revenue growth, marketing strategies, and other initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess advanced Excel skills, experience with databases, pivot tables, and data visualization tools, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support market analysis process and recommend optimal market segments
  • Monitor changes in market data reporting and facilitate proposed changes
  • Develop city-level performance indicators and prepare financial dashboards
  • Analyze demand patterns for all sectors and competitive pricing behavior to market trends
  • Prepare presentations to stakeholders to report findings and make recommendations based on results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced analytical aptitude and ability to translate technical information into actionable business insights
  • Excellent written and oral English skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
