Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an accomplished HR Generalist to oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, payroll and statutory compliance, employee relations, and HR operations across multiple sites.

This blended role requires a strategic thinker who can manage high volume hiring, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely filings and returns. Strong practical knowledge of Indian labour laws is essential.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payroll processing, popular HRMS/payroll tools, and recruitment software. Excellent stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information are also crucial.

Required qualifications include a Master's in HR / MBA-HR, 4-6 years of progressive HR experience, and at least 2-4 years in staffing operations or supporting large projects.

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Manage full lifecycle recruitment for shop-floor, technical, supervisory, and corporate roles.
    • Work closely with business heads and project managers to understand headcount plans and skills requirements.
  • Payroll and Benefits:
    • Ensure end-to-end payroll processing (monthly cycle), salary calculations, reimbursements, deductions, and statutory contributions.
    • Coordinate with vendors/software and validate payroll outputs for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance and Regulatory:
    • Maintain accurate employee records and statutory registers; manage timely filings and returns.
    • Support internal and client audits; implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • HR Operations and Employee Relations:
    • Administer HR policies, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, shift rosters, and contract manpower compliance.
    • Manage grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews; recommend retention and corrective measures.
  • People Development and Performance:
    • Support performance management cycles, promotions, succession planning, and training needs identification.
