Job Title: Senior Team LeaderJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Team Leader to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing expertise in different client offerings and workstations within areas like Fixed Income Analytics, Risk, Returns, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting client queries related to Fixed Income analytics, returns, terms, and conditions of Fixed Income instruments, etc.
  • Becoming an SME in end-to-end Services operations support for clients, including workflows, data validation, and other processes ensuring daily deliverables are met.
  • Partnering with regional and Global Leads, Managers, Directors of Operations, and stakeholders to effectively manage initiatives.
  • Driving operational efficiency focusing on consistency between global teams.
  • Regular presentations for regional and global teams, including review of KPIs and key goals for the team.
  • Efficiently leading projects that adhere to standards and continuous operations improvements.
  • Acting as a point of contact during shifts and being resourceful to support the team and stakeholders.
  • Leading a team of minimum 7 members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • A Postgraduate in MBA-Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in building effective business relationships with cross-functional/geographical teams.
  • Familiarity of Fixed Income products (Rates, Bonds, Credit, Foreign Exchange, Commodities) is required.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks through effective prioritization.
  • Flexible to work in a hybrid model.
