Key to Success:

We are seeking a visionary Quality Assurance Test Lead to spearhead our Core Banking implementation program.

This esteemed role offers the opportunity to work closely with a leading global bank and lead their Quality Assurance function.

Job Purpose

As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, you will define and execute QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks aligned with the bank's digital transformation goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate business requirements, identify defects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and mentor QA teams across onsite/offshore locations.
  • Lead the transformation of core banking application to the next version, leveraging advanced knowledge on Functional Architecture of the core system and experience in managing implementation of digital core.

Required Skills & Qualifications

As a Quality Assurance Test Lead, your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading QA planning, execution, and reporting for FLEXCUBE Core Banking implementations.
  • Defining test strategies for functional, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Managing QA teams and coordinating with Business Analysts, Developers, and Vendors.
  • Reviewing and validating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
  • Ensuring traceability of requirements through test cases and defect tracking.
  • Overseeing defect triaging, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking.
  • Implementing and maintaining test automation frameworks where applicable.
  • Ensuring compliance with SDLC, QA standards, Governance, and risk management policies.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing leadership roles.
