Technical Delivery Manager - Cloud Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager with a strong background in cloud technologies to lead the delivery of scalable and secure solutions.

This role requires excellent technical leadership, project governance, and stakeholder management skills to ensure seamless delivery of high-performance applications.

  • Own and manage multiple cloud-based projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
  • Provide technical leadership across solution architecture, cloud adoption, API integrations, and application modernization.
  • Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Guide development teams on best practices for cloud services, microservices, REST APIs, containerization, and DevOps.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and performance best practices in cloud environments.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and product owners to align delivery with business and technical requirements.
  • Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive a culture of DevOps, CI/CD, and automation within delivery teams.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, track risks/issues, and provide executive-level reporting.
  • Manage vendor/partner engagements for cloud and third-party integrations.
  • Mentor technical leads and engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and technical upskilling.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of IT project/program delivery experience, with at least 3+ years in a technical delivery management role.
  • Strong hands-on background in .NET / .NET Core, C#, and Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in delivering enterprise-grade applications using Azure services.
  • Familiarity with containerization, DevOps pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API-first design.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, or PMP/SAFe are a strong plus.
