We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects related to cloud infrastructure. This role combines project management, systems administration oversight, and client-facing responsibilities to ensure performance, security, and scalability of cloud environments.

The successful candidate will oversee cross-functional projects, manage cloud-focused teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients. The position requires strong technical expertise in AWS, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate projects in dynamic environments.

This role reports to the Head of Cloud Practice and plays a critical part in advancing cloud adoption, team productivity, and client success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cloud infrastructure projects using Agile or traditional methodologies.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
  • Oversee projects end-to-end, including planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent professional experience is mandatory.
  • 5+ years in systems administration, with at least 3 years managing AWS environments.
  • 4+ years in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT or cloud-based environments.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, including requirements gathering and solution delivery.
  • 2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale cloud deployments and hybrid/multi-cloud infrastructures.
