Key Role:

A Performance Marketer with expertise in Google Ads Campaign Management is sought after for driving lead generation and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-performing campaigns for SMBs in North America.

Critical Responsibilities:

  • Launch, test, optimize, and scale Google Performance Max campaigns
  • Develop strategies to target local and regional SMBs in the USA
  • Implement a data-driven approach to build hypotheses, validate results, and scale winning campaigns
  • Optimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies
  • Provide actionable insights on campaign performance, including CPC, CPL, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Own campaign performance and drive results-oriented outcomes

Essential Requirements:

  • Google Ads Certification
  • Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performance
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scaling budget
  • Effective communication and English proficiency
