Job Title: Senior Facebook Ads Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facebook Ads Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in running Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on conversions, leads, app installs, and video views.

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns, analyzing customer actions, and planning A/B testing for content, ads, audiences, and placements.

You will also be responsible for building a scientific campaign structure combining TOF-MOF-BOF with the team's content and design for effective conversion.

Additionally, you will monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP, and proactively expand budget based on performance metrics such as ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR.

Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads with a large budget (>$20,000 USD/month).
  • Strong performance mindset with the ability to test quickly, optimize deeply, and expand with control.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager components, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc.
  • Understanding of analytics and attributes (last click, view, etc.).
