Cloud Network Engineer Opportunity

At Palo Alto Networks, we are seeking a dynamic and highly technical Cloud Network engineer to join our cybersecurity team. We take pride in protecting the digital way of life and rely on experts like you to help us achieve our mission.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud network architectures that meet our evolving security needs.
  • Configure and manage cloud network components, including virtual networks, subnets, routing tables, VPNs, NAT gateways, and firewalls.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Build and mature observability for cloud networks deployments, providing insights into system performance and efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to other IT staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or equivalent military experience.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience with one or more major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong experience with cloud networking technologies, including hybrid cloud connectivity solutions and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
