Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java developer with strong leadership skills to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will work closely with junior developers to strengthen engineering practices through solutions providing visibility into code from development to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance, problem-solving abilities, coding, testing, and debugging skills.
  • Design and implement the platform.
  • Fulfill product backlog and deliver production-ready code.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Coordinate and manage input from business and technology stakeholders across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in core Java, mainly along with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with web services standards and related technologies (HTTP, Spring, XML, JSON, REST).
  • Solid understanding of database technologies and SQL and JPA.
  • Hands-on experience with creating REST APIs and JSON.
  • Good experience working in Spring Boot.
  • Good experience in JSON/RESTful API/Web Services.
  • Experience in AWS and Queuing systems is an advantage.
  • Managed a junior developer team.
