
Insurance Solutions Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead the successful delivery of insurance conversion and support projects.
This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of insurance solutions within the Property & Casualty space.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end implementation or upgrade projects for insurance platforms.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, resource estimates, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, testers, and external vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Drive communication across stakeholders including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular status reports and executive updates.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 9+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or insurance.
- 5+ years managing insurance implementation or enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of insurance software platforms.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
