Key Performance Marketer Role\

At our organization, we are seeking a high-achieving Key Performance Marketer to oversee and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

As a Key Performance Marketer, your responsibilities will include planning, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). You will be responsible for driving measurable ROI, tracking analytics, and scaling client campaigns with precision.

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).\
  • Create and manage ad creatives, targeting, and budgets for multiple clients.\
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CPA).\
  • A/B test ads, landing pages, and funnels to maximize results.\
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.\
  • Provide insights from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).\
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.\
  • Manage multiple client campaigns with ownership and provide analytical support.\
  • Drive ROI-driven decisions based on data analysis.\
  • Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.\
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve campaign performance.
\Required Skills and Qualifications:\
  • \
  • Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns (agency experience preferred).\
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies.\
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics dashboards.\
  • Ability to manage multiple client campaigns with ownership.\
  • Strong analytical mindset and ROI-driven approach.\
  • Knowledge of SEO, automation, or email marketing is a plus.
