About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Home Buying Liaison Specialist to be our primary point of contact for potential homebuyers. Your role will involve engaging with leads, pitching property details, and booking site visits that convert interest into action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with incoming leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
  • Pitch property details clearly and persuasively to potential clients.
  • Schedule and confirm site visits for interested homebuyers.
  • Maintain follow-ups to nurture leads into active clients.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handovers.
  • Record and update client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus).
  • A confident, clear, and persuasive speaking style.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate preferred but not mandatory.
  • A positive, target-driven attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn are welcome.
