- Record Keeping: Track customer interactions using CRM software and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.
- Talent Development: Work closely with the management team to enhance overall customer engagement and retention.
