Deputy General Manager Human Resources Job Posting

The ideal candidate will lead the HR function for Quality and Operations functions at our Indore Manufacturing site, providing strategic HR Business partnership to the Site Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Partner: Developing employee relations and human resource programs and practices that align with business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Responsible for Talent Acquisition by providing a talented workforce within tight timelines to ensure business continuity.
  • HR Manpower Planning, Budgeting: Collaborate in budgeting process of all HR items (Manpower costs, Opex Costs) and headcount requirement.
  • Performance Management: Drive continual performance management and Annual Compensation Review for the site.
  • Talent Management: Implement Periodic Talent Management reviews and ensure their development / retention plans are executed.
  • Learning & Development: Foster a culture of learning and high performance.
  • HR Compliance & Statutory Obligations: Ensure HR legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory Laws.
  • Labour Management: Maintain Harmonious and productive IR environment.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Develop and implement initiatives to impact key drivers of employee engagement.
  • HR Operations: Supervise and review all HR operations pertaining to employee life cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA HR or Masters in Human Resource Management.
  • 15+ Years' experience handling HR function.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

  • HR Operations, Industrial Relations.
  • Understanding of labour legislations.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Excellent management skills with ability to influence management.
