Roles & Responsibilities

Lead & Supply Management:

Key responsibilities include managing existing processes, setting up new processes, forecasting monthly supply onboardings, assigning leads efficiently, and ensuring all incoming leads are effectively utilized and converted.

  • Proficient in working with Google Sheets and Excel.
  • Manage a team of 30+ call center agents across multiple processes.
  • Identify gaps in the existing processes and explore solutions to improve efficiency and output.
Platform Experience:

Key responsibilities include conducting regular surveys and VOPs, identifying common issues raised by new partners, building communication plans, and executing the same using different channels.
