About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and responding to emails on their behalf. They will also assist with preparing documents, presentations, and other materials as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar management for the Director, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Aid the Director in preparing for meetings, including developing agendas and materials
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the Director, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
  • Draft slides, meeting notes, and documents for the Director, utilizing strong writing and communication skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
